Shake, stir, and sip your way through The Cocktail Lab, a monthly interactive cocktail workshop at Poplar. This month's Bourbon Edition showcases three timeless classics: the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Boulevardier.

Tickets are $50 per person and include instruction, cocktail-making, and tastings throughout the experience.
