    Parking & Arrival Guide

    • Welcome to the Virginia Guesthouse. We're glad you're here and we want "getting settled" to feel as easy as the stay itself. Feel free to leave your bags with us at the front door before you park; no need to lug them across the garage.
    • Hotel self-parking is $15/night and guests can park at the Emmet/Ivy Garage, located at 123 Emmet St N, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
    • To ensure the smoothest arrival, we recommend pre-registering your vehicle before you get here. You'll need your contact information, license plate number, and arrival/departure dates.

    Using the Garage

    • When you're ready to park, there are two ways to access the garage: the main entrance on the east side of the hotel, and a complimentary slip lane off the front of the hotel on the west side. Both routes take you directly to the second floor, which is dedicated entirely to Virginia Guesthouse guests. Look for the clearly marked Virginia Guesthouse signage. Elevators are located in the center of the garage for guests convenience.
    • Hourly Visitor Parking is $3/hr using ParkMobile (Zone #5514) or Pay Stations on Level 1. The garage features 4 EV charging stations.
